This week tip is for property investors looking for high cash flow type properties.
These are properties that are a little bit unique. They are very different from a standard home.
The great benefits of these types of properties are that the income can be much stronger, and it allows you to pay off the debt much faster.
Some examples of these types of properties could be a dual occupancy property, a duplex pair, student accommodation, rooming accommodation, co-living, etc.
These properties are unique and very specialized. Because of this you need to deal with professionals that understand how they work.
Property Manager for High Cash Flow Properties
It’s very important that you have a good property manager that understands how to manage these properties, especially if there’s more than one tenant sharing the property and common areas. Not all property managers deal with these types of properties as it is such a specialised area.
If you need a recommendation for a property manager for a high cash flow property, please reach out as I have some that I have used myself and for my clients.
Property Specialist for High Cash Flow Properties

These types of properties are very popular for investors. As they are different to your standard investment property however, you need to have a good property specialist that understands how they work and where you can build them.
One thing to consider with high yielding properties is that there may be additional expenses related to the property. They can be higher than a standard home.
I have helped many clients into these types of properties and have also owned some myself. Feel free to reach out to me if you think this would be a suitable option for you.
