Invest where there is a shortage of rental accomodation

It was great to get down to Sydney on the weekend for our Property Investment Master Class, share knowledge and hear about some awesome client experiences. 

One of my clients (Sean) was attending and explained to the audience, how he was living in Sydney and understood Queensland was the most affordable place for him to invest.

He engaged my services to recommend, source, inspect, and negotiate on the right property meeting his requirements. 

The property I sourced for him has not only given him a large amount of equity in under 18 months (enough for a deposit on another property) but also a rental increase of $100 per week.

This has all been achieved without even having to visit the property!

Using my resources to access the facts and figures about the location and the property, I guide investors on where they will achieve strong steady rental income over the long term, and yes, it is not small regional areas that look cheap on paper.

We are working on creating a recording of the Sydney event (had some technical challenges on the day) and hope to get it to you this week.
